Investigating the Impact of Computer Literacy on the Development of Educational Content Production Methods in English Language Teaching: A Framework for Analysis

This study investigates the impact of digital literacy on the development of educational content production methods in English language teaching. Considering the growing importance of technology in educational processes, digital literacy has been recognized as a fundamental factor in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning foreign languages. Using a qualitative research method and library-based resources, the study analyzes the positive effects and challenges associated with the use of digital tools in English language instruction.The findings reveal that digital literacy enables English language teachers to design educational content that is engaging and personalized, fostering greater interaction in classrooms. Moreover, the use of digital technologies contributes to the improvement of various language skills among learners, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Despite these advantages, challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for further teacher training remain significant obstacles.This paper, while analyzing the opportunities and threats, suggests that training programs for English language teachers should include digital literacy education to maximize the potential of technology in enhancing teaching and learning quality.
